LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — An Arkansas man who was searching for a couple after he captured photos of their proposal at Hawksbill Crag Trail in Newton County, has located the recently engaged pair.
Joel Damarillo Sebag, who is a doctor in the northwest part of the state, said someone shared this story along with his post about capturing the proposal. Then the couple emailed him Monday.
Later in the evening, he found out the photos feature Hannah Rush and her fiancé, Garrett Crumpley, who are both from Dallas.
Sebag said he captured the image Saturday morning while he was taking photos of his family. Sebag, who is from Fayetteville, Arkansas, said he enjoys nature photography.
"While adjusting my camera for a chance to take a photo of this site, in itself, I was unaware of what’s happening from the distance and captured this couple ... and she said yes,"Sebag said. "Oh, what a sight."
"This was just an accident shoot, did not even know until last night that this was happening," he said. "I was bothered with my location and angle because of the trees obstructing the view. But honestly, this was the best photo I have ever captured at Hawksbill Crag!"
Hawksbill Crag, also known as Whitaker Point Trail, is located in the Ozark National Forest. Disney filmed a portion of the film "Tuck Everlasting" on the trail, according to IMDB.
